Services are delivered under fixed-fee projects or ongoing retainers, as agreed in a signed scope of work.
3. Payments & Fees

A deposit is required before project work begins.

Additional milestone and final invoices must be paid as outlined in the proposal.

Payment is due upon receipt. Late payments may delay project timelines.
4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client owns the final deliverables, unless otherwise stated in the scope of work.

We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide necessary content, credentials, and access on time.

Respond promptly to communication to avoid delays.

Ensure all materials provided do not infringe third-party rights.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
No refunds will be issued for work completed or deposits paid.
7. Changes to Agreement
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Our services are provided “as-is” without warranties of performance, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in California.
